I ordered a iced chocolate almond milk shaken expesso with light over the app. When I arrived to pickup my drink I was... disappointed to say the least. The Barista essentially gave me a Grande in a vinty cup. When I I asked why she said I orderedlight ice and didn't request extra almond milk. I told her there is no way to order extra almond milk in the app. She seemed notto care and acted like it was my problem. I will never go back to that location. Very disappointing Read more

Went in, asked for decaf. Sticker said decaf. Realized about half way through it wasn't decaf (decaf Fraps taste more bitter).... I've been jittery for over an hour. The past few weeks, I've been going here every morning on my way to work, and every single time, I have had an outstanding... experience!!! Even if they are busy, everybody is so friendly from the speaker (normally Kelly) to whoever is at the window!They have a very quick drive thru even if the line is long. This is one of the best Starbucks I've ever been to. There is hardly ever a wait time which is surprising because they are... always so busy. They are accurate with their orders and always so friendly. Their online order taking is always open and myorders have always been ready on time. I go here often and they are consistent. Read more

How can seven(7) Starbucks employees be behind the counter, and one customer in line (me), and no one ?acknowledges? or help for... an extended period of time?!?! I decided to walk out and go across the street to Dunkin. While there were six people in line,at least I was served faster. Lesson to Starbucks: Take care of your customers.
