I get the SAME exact order for years from this Starbucks as well as other locations. It is the ONLY thing I order. The drink I... ordered was sour and I swallowed a chunk of something. Something was clearly rotten in it. I asked my husband to take it backbecause I?m not a confrontational person and I usually will just ?suck it up? and drink/eat whatever I get but this wasdisgusting and I couldn?t stomach it. My husband was very polite in the exchange as he is in customer service industry. Theattitudes were uncalled for. We did not want the same drink since something in it; was rotten. At first the cashier at theregister was very helpful and willing to exchange?.until the manager came. She stated that they could not refund/exchange unlessit was the same drink. Who would want the SAME drink if something was rotten in it? I wish I could give zero stars by theattitudes of manager, lack of checking of what was in it that could be rotten, and the general lack of understanding for thecustomer. I spent $5 on rotten coffee and another $6 on another drink, ridiculous. Read more
I am not a big fan of coffee shops in general so I mostly stop by at Starbucks for either my kids or if i want to get any... special seasonal drink. I have tried thier Dragon Fruit drink with coconut milk and it is exactly the way i like it. My kids godMocha Cookie Crumble and they loved it. Younger one got cake pops and it?s always her favorite. I guess it all depends on who makes the drink. It's always something you pay extra for that's missing. Extra cold foam means... leave room for extra foam. Alot of times the drizzle is forgotten, I do understand this happens at every location from time totime. My order is never a frustrating TikTok special so there shouldn't be any problems. Read more

The barista refused to serve me. Apparently, she did not like the mask they require me to wear. So this Starbucks is not... only anti second amendment but also anti first amendment. Who made them the funny police? My order was correct however. Read more

I just found out I have gestational diabetes, but I really wanted a Chai Tea. The cashier and the barista worked really hard and... made me tea that I could have. It was exactly what I wanted and tasted great! I really appreciated them taking the time to getit just right! Read more
