I'd never been before so wanted to try it. I was rewarded with a free smoothie through T-Mobile Tues. A customer came in before... me and had the Bahama Moma. It looked good so I was conflicted. So the employee who made it let me try what was left. It wasgood but I had my mind on the Mango Magic. I think I messed it up by adding strawberries. It totally changed the flavor. I wasdisappointed because it wasn't as good as I thought. In my opinion, it had too much ice and water. I ended up liking the BMbetter. I like the smoothies and other foods but the place is dirty. The staff consists of young women and a few young guys who are... helpful but never say "hi," "Welcome to Tropical Smoothie," etc. The white hallway wall has several spots that were painted overthat look terrible, a consistent coat of paint is needed along the wall. When I visited today I was told they had noblueberries, so while I looked at the menu I also noticed how dirty the cables were coming out of the POS and the counter. Afterordering I looked at the sink behind the employee and it is filthy with pink mold on the hot water faucet and the interior ofthe sink is nasty. The entire food prep area needs a good cleaning. The men's bathroom door and walls are covered in blacksmudges, almost as if, the walls and door aren't cleaned. The health inspection is 91 which is good but I'm considering notbeing a customer if they don't take cleaning the place seriously. It is important to keep your customers health in mind whenoperating a business. Read more
Over the last couple of weeks, I have been on a mission to try most of the smoothies, instead of my usual Island Green. All of... the smoothies have been amazing! The staff is always friendly and pleasant!! My only major concern I have is for management tostress the importance of staff cleansing hands, especially after touching their hair. Almost every single visit, the youngladies are fixing their hair or tying it back prior to fixing my smoothie. This is totally unsanitary! No one should be touchingtheir hair in an area where food and drinks are being prepared. I?m giving 5-stars simply because the staff are always pleasantalong with food and smoothies. The sanitary concerns are a teachable moment for the young staff. Read more

Best smoothies in town!!! I like the Açaí berry boost. Friendly staff the girl working the cash registers on Monday nights is... awesome. Come check they out they have really good food too tried almost everything but the wraps. I?m sure they are good to. Read more
Paradise Point smoothie was great as always. Convinced Hubby to try the Watermelon Mojito Smoothie, was delicious, exceeded... expectations. I gave 4 stars because customer service was horrible, took at 3 min for someone to greet us, cashier never smiled.I was able to overlook as the Smoothies made up for the lack of customer service. the manager is extremely rude and degrading to the employees. i still don?t understand why these girls put up with it and i?m... honestly surprised he hasn?t been fired yet. he?s very unprofessional, he seems to find one girl and pick on her the entiretime. it?s very disappointing to go into an establishment and hear a MANAGER tell his teenage staff this is all they?ll everamount to or that they?re lazy?
