We were just out and about taking a ride from Peoria and decided to have lunch. This was our 1st visit. The service was very... friendly attentive and fast ,our food hot and fresh. Beautiful welcoming atmosphere. Friendly staff. Wide variety of great food. I eat at American Grille at least 4 or 5 times a... month. When family comes to town I always take them to American Grille for food and to hang out and catch up. I have so manyfavorites from the menu I don't know where to start. I'll say I love their pies, and there is always a wide variety of pies tochoose from. Breakfast can be served anytime they are open. I am waiting for them to open up right now so I can go there forsome breakfast. I don't know how anyone can give them less than a 5 star rating, to be totally honest. Fair food at a comparable price. Service is mostly focused on regulars. It is extremely noisy in here with several tables of... people trying to talk over each other. There is a lot of seating. Most people already parked were taking up 2 or more spaces. Afair menu. Breakfast is much better than lunch. Lunch items are small. Fish sandwich was all old bread much larger than the fishstick used for the filling. The hamburger was small. Breakfast skillet was good. Home fries are excellent and crispy. The tea isfair. Coffee is good. It was just way too loud to enjoy our visit as we sat by others who were rudely noisy. Read more
