Every. Single. Time. I come through this drive thru I get an attitude for some reason. It?s like the people working are always... mad they even have to work. I really don?t understand it. Then last time we came here we didn?t even get straws for our drinksand the cashier literally handed up the food and ran away after giving us attitude for no reason. We honked in the drive thru acouple mins and no one came back. The food tastes fine it?s just the service here is very poor and needs addressed I getstressed out everytime pulling up because I know I?m going to be treated badly for no reason but it?s not like there?s a lot ofchoices here. Always good food, just never warm when get it, even on dine in, but still good food!!
My best friend didn't get any sauce. My best friends mother didn't get a drink when she ordered a Dr pepper. I didn't get bacon... on my burger as I ordered. We didn't get asked for sauce and horrible customer service. >:( Read more
The cashier rushed us through the drive through. I asked for a couple ranch at the window. She came back with 3 and said,... 'Future reference we charge for these'. I offered to pay and she said, 'Don't worry about it'. The onion rings were half-cookedand very cold (soggy and clumped together). Our chicken in our chicken sandwiches were also not hot. I should have gone and gotmy $ back but I didn't want to deal with the attitude. Do yourself a favor and pick somewhere else to eat. Read more
After doing our shopping we stopped at Burger King in Canton, IL. I wanted a cheeseburger, and went with their value meal,... which includes a single cheeseburger, a small order (I picked onion rings) and a small diet Coke. It was so tasty, hot andfilling. My hubby had the chicken Jr. sandwich, with fries, and a small Sprite. He said the chicken sandwich was excellent! Healso liked their thicker cut fries. All in all I think the value meal is worth the money and very delicious.???????? Read more
