This is a different breed of McDonald's. The orders are usually right even when I order my iced coffee with so many sugars and... creams. The staff is friendly, it seems really clean as well. It nothing but superior to the ones in NE Arkansas and SEMissouri. Comparable to the ones in Michigan. Not saying I eat McDonald's all the time though, been living here for 3 months andonly had it twice but as mentioned of the others twice is usually all you need to try a place before you know if it will be likethe others in a large chain. Worst experience at a McDonald?s I have ever had!! Every time my family comes here there are multiple mistakes and when you go... to them to try and fix your order they are NEVER willing to correct their own mistakes! We have even had managers arguing overissues when we had a clearly visible receipt. The only reason I give a single star is because it won?t let you give a lowerrating. This place is a joke. Slowest fast food place in canton. They tell you to hold on at the drive thru speaker and make you wait 5-10 minutes just to... take my order mean while the other speakers already had 3-4 cars orders taken and god forbid you say anything or they willrefuse service and make you drive away. Read more
They kept messing up my order and then gave me a burnt breakfast sandwich. The person ahead of me also didn't even grab his food... clearly the person ahead of me wasn't happy either. Sad this place is going down hill. Read more
Expectedly crowded on a pleasant weather day. Parking assistance greeted us with a cheery Hello! Well organized with a friendly,... helpful and informative staff, saying thanks for coming out. Lines were long, but moved quickly. The animals we saw are wellcared for in a clean environment . Read more
