I wouldn?t bother going here unless you have 20 mins to wait and aren?t hungry. Food is horrible and even if there?s 4-5 people... working no one works the inside counter, yells at you telling you the drive thru is too busy, and they don?t even begin yourcurbside order until you get there even if you order 10 mins ahead. My girlfriend came through drive thru and got a mocha macchiato and she ordered a medium but was given a small and she told them... it was supposed to be a medium. So the lady that gave her it took it back and poured the small machiato in a medium cup and justtopped it with ice and gave it back. Also there has been no stickers on our coffees lately. Maybe they need to remodel not onlythere store but there staff as well. This is unacceptable Read more
My grandmother picked me up some food and a drink this morning as I was busy with school. The drink which was supposed to be a... large iced green tea with raspberry and extra liquid sugar is a coffee. I've worked at a dunkin. I don't know how that can beconfused when there is a sticker on the cup. Telling you exactly what is in the drink. Read more
My boyfriend and I frequent here often as it's the only dunkin in a 20 mile radius of us. Most of the time we can expect... something to go wrong as far as our order, or having to wait 15 minutes from order to delivery in the drive-thru. The only thingwe typically find consistent is the customer service and I'm certain that's because there is someone new working everytime wego. Read more
This has to be the slowest dunkin donuts location in the country. Expect 10-15 minutes if you are ordering food. The only reason... it gets 2 stars is that the staff is usually nice. Read more
They were good for a little while but now they never get my coffee order right. I get their signature iced caramel latte and it... tastes different every time and there?s always coffee grounds at the bottom ????. Aweful experience, the manager named Ken refused to remake my coffee that I just purchased because I didn't have the receipt... and I just purchased it he had made it also . I have a video of him he threatened to call cops on me as well simply because hewas offended. I videoed the entire interaction I hope the owner reaches out to me. Read more
