We took our grandson here for lunch on Tuesday Oct. 18 and arrived right after they opened. This restaurant was filthy. Crumbs... on the tables, booths and the floor. The high chair hadn’t ever been cleaned I don’t think. The bathrooms hadn’t beencleaned and the previous days trash was all over the place. Went in for dinner Sunday night with a party of ten ! Kiley was the best server I have ever had in my life! She was the only one... on and handled everything like a champ, she was even behind the bar making our drinks! I was sad to find out kiley does notbelong to this location and borrowed her from Another location!!! She was amazing and super efficient!!! I plan on traveling tovisit her in hingham! Read more
Went here for the 80's throwback prices which I do not think the restaurant staff was ready for the amount of people it would... draw in. The waitress was running all over the place and was either new or overworked she seemed very perplexed but was nice.We got a salad which was big enough to split but, we were not asked what kind of dressing. I had to ask for a different kindwhich they did no problem though she was unsure which dressings were in creamy style or not. She forgot our drinks/bread butremembered before we asked and rushed them out. We arrived at 12:00 and left by 13:30 and the dinning room got pretty packed.Another waitress did arrive 1/2 through which did help out. My wife ordered the chicken broccoli and ziti which she enjoyed. Ihad the small sporkie pizza which had way way to much cheese and under cooked. I asked for it to be remade which they did andthe second one was fine. I am not a huge fan of Bertucci's pizza to begin with it somehow always comes out burnt but alsounderdone. For the price during this special I cannot really complain $23 for 2 meals, a salad, a cannoli, and 2 fountaindrinks. They did not charge for my drink not sure if it was because of the pizza issue or because they just were running aroundbut hey free drink! The manager and Linda the waitress were outstanding. The entire team was fantastic. The dining experience was wonderful. The... idea for the beginning of July and second week for throw back the prices to the 80s is very thoughtful. It really helps withinflation in every direction. The dining experience I would say was as great as a summer day. The prices were great. The Sporkieand antipasto and hot bread with oil Delicious. I Highly recommend Bertuccis to everyone I'll definitely be a repeat customer.Keep up the great work even with shortage of help. The Restaurants need our continued support and patience. Remember patience isa virtue. There are worse things going on in the world. Waiting extra minutes like a traffic light shouldn't ruin your day.Prepare to be very thoughtful patient to a restaurant they need our help more than ever. 10 stars to Bertuccis Read more
4 STARS goes out to Sandro the Manager and Linda our waitress. They went beyond the call of duty to provide us a outstanding... dining experience. Although there was a huge amount of people waiting, Sandro handled the crowd with grace and really tookcontrol of the situation! Linda, our server is just a professional under extreme circumstances juggling many differentcustomers and managing to do it with a smile and just finesse. I have been buying food from here for many years, never been this disappointed with an order. This review is for one specific... order. Ordered calamari, online, when I got it delivered, the portion size was ridiculous for 17.99. Picture attached. UPDATE:the restaurant contacted me and refunded the money for this item. Got the 4 for $40. The salad and rolls were awesome but the pasta dishes were all very small compared to a normal meal. Also... there was barely any sauce and the chicken parm was burnt. Can’t believe I’m saying it but the Brockton one is much better.Also the spaghetti and meatball(s) as in multiple meatballs only came with one very small meatball. Read more
