Went through the drive thru to get $20 worth of coffee not only was the person working the window rude and sounded like she... hated her life. I am tired and work only had $50 and $100 bill on me and of course they refused to take either. Great business. Read more
Overall they make my drink okay usually. I stopped going here years ago when I moved out of the area. Now I have been going back... once or twice a week and as long as I don?t go in the morning, I am content. There is a girl in the morning who works the drivethru & she is not a very friendly face to have working directly with the customers. I don?t know if it?s just me, but my cousinsaid something last time we went that she was rude. Hopefully they work on improving their overall customer service, because itis very unwelcoming. Last visit I had, there was a nice girl who said I had a free drink (13 pts) but I said I had a BOGO couponso I saved my free drink for next time. Well, next time came & the same (rude) girl that I mentioned above, said I only have 12points now. So not sure what happened there. She just laughed in my face. But whatever. Cross contamination alert! For the past couple of days my husband's been picking up breakfast from here and today I found a... piece of bacon on my Bagel with cream cheese. We DO NOT eat bacon or any sort or meat or chicken due to religious reasons andwho would know an innocent bagel with cream cheese would have bacon residue. After inspecting my food I saw bacon grease on myBagel we both threw away our Bagels. And because I don't eat bacon I threw up and feel sick now, just by the thought of it thatI've been eating it the past days and who knows how many times i might have missed it. Do not trust them with your food! Crosscontamination is not a joke, and should not be taken lightly! We are never coming back! My drive through experience at Biggby coffee was excellent. We took Teddy bear... Excellent taste, quite inviting for more and... many More... Fast and smiling service... And reasonably economical. Make this joint a preferred and frequented location. Read more
