The food was phenomenal--I had the Two Cheese Pot Roast Dip, amd it was absolutely fantastic. My partner's Honey Butter Chicken... was absolutely to their liking, and my mother and aunt enjoyed their Thanksgiving dinner. The banana bread was a littleundercooked but when asked to swap it out, there was no issue. Service was wonderful. 5/5 would reccommend! Read more

I have gone to a Bob Evans and waited ten minutes before someone came and seat me. When they had plenty of tables available. I... order the pot roast dinner and my food was served to me cold. I had to ask the waitress Saphire to heat my food up in themicrowave she made a smart remark about my food not being cold because it just came out. She did take it and heated it up aftermaking the rude commentAlso she had a chip on her should she was not very friendly and she rushed me with eating my food. I eatat Bob Evans on Ford rd in Canton all the time and excellent service. I will not come to location on Michigan ave and CantonCenter in Canton ever again service was terrible. Read more

Don't waste your time. Food not good at all!. Hot Chocolate was basically watery. Waitress took our order then modify to what... she wanted instead. How does that even make sense? Waitress went on to ask for tip in cash saying she has bills to pay. I wouldnever!!! Quality of food -1 star. Nothing looks like the picture. Read more
I expect chain restaurants like Bob Evans to have consistency with their menus and the quality of their food. What sets the... individual locations apart are cleanliness and quality of service. This Bob Evans hits all three. The food was properlyprepared and tasty. The wait staff was friendly and attentive, and the dining area was clean. Going back for sure. Read more
The waitress was great. The food was ok. The manager was loud and obnoxious. I'm sure there are a dozen of restaurants that... don't want to be open on Thanksgiving. However, loudly voicing your frustration within earshot of your customers is completelyunprofessional and off putting. Read more
