Even though they are understaffed, with one lady serving she was absolutely wonderful. While another being efficient to get... people seated and cleaning as a group leaves. Haven't been to Chili's in a long time mostly because of the pandemic I guess. Hardly anybody in there and we had a new server... who had absolutely no personality. He clearly didn't want to be there. We used to always get the lunch fajitas which they didnot have now you had to buy the entire meal which was a lot more money. The bartender/server was training our new guy. Ourentire meal we had to keep sending things back asking questions so on so forth. Of course the Chili's food was good and as you would expect. I normally would give chain restaurants a 4 star if all was as... expected, but I went with 5 because even though they were very short staffed our server and crew worked their tails off to makeeverything go well. If I hadn't known she was the only waitress and hostess and bartender on duty, I just wouldn't havenoticed. Well done Angel! Read more
Very poor experience at this location. I?m a very flexible and understanding person but this was ridiculous. It was just me, and... it took over 70 minutes for my food to come out. I ended up leaving finally before it ever arrived. The restaurant was not busy.My waitress did not check on me once or offer me any type of accommodation. No free appetizer, dessert, refill on my lemonade oranything. She never even updated me on why there was such a long wait? I?m like do I just not exist? They say third time is a charm you got that right ! This will forever be the last time I step foot inside this restaurant. The... manager on duty if one at all clearly need some training. Seems to be a bunch of young kids managed poorly. Today I waited twohours for food and then another 20 minutes waiting on the manager to come to my table, only followed by having to walk out ofcourse I personally gave this poor waitress a tip but told her to tell the manager I guess we?ll call it even is even theappetizer that took forever to even receive was brought out wrong the guacamole taste rotten and they didn?t have what theyneeded to make it so they said if I wanted an extra side of guacamole or more salsa I could do that. At this time I could seewhy as there was about seven other tables sitting around me quite a few of them had been there before me all sitting there witheither empty drink glasses a side of chips and salsa to tide them over still waiting for their food well I was no longer waitingfor my food and this is the third time it has happened to me and a few of the staff members told me how horrible the environmentis working for this facility. Customer service and food quality has gone downhill, I understand there is a worker shortage but that does not mean that corners... need to be cut or standards need to minimal or nonexistent. The picture is suppose to be Margitta Chicken but this is what Ireceived when I got home. I?m case you didn?t know, it?s suppose to come but a lot more chicken, Pico, tortilla strips and twosides. Under staffed, poor communication with floor staff and kitchen. Bar closed due to no bartender only lounge open didn't want to... open table for 6. Didn't sing happy birthday. Hostess didn't communicate professionally and made snarky comments. Piss poorapology is when four tables were open and people being turned away for 30 minutes wait. Food came out separate and not allcomplete. Waited up to 20 minutes for all parts of meals. Read more
The food was great except the rice that came with my fajitas, it was dry and hard and hurt my teeth. Everything else was great,... especially that nachos. For the first time in a long time we had an absolutely wonderful server. Shout out to Natalie, she wasgreat! Read more
