The bathrooms were out of order which is not great when it's a place for young kids. Remodeled since I was last there, looked... new and fresh. Nobody checked us in or out.. I thought this was a safety feature that was offered to ensure kids leave with theproper adult. That was disappointing. Pizza tasted good but the pizza wasn't cut uniformly at all.. a few large pieces and somesuper tiny slices. We had fun but some areas definitely need to be improved upon. Read more

I had written a review about 6 months ago that was less than glowing review and I wants to take the time to re write it! I can... honestly say that this place did a 360°, it's still pricey.. However, the staff were amazing! They seem to be under newmanagement because all the employees were present and not on their phones and ignoring customers. They have also had a partical renovation. The arcade and tables were clean, the employees were helpful and extremely friendly. The prizes are still nothing towrite home about. But they gave you options to buy stuff animals, which was nice. Also, the manager was on the game floor theentire time. I would return here , but because of the price only on special occasions. Read more

I went because they overcharged me for my daughter's 7th birthday party! What should have been $256 ended up being $363. They... were supposed to go back to find the original receipt and instead brought me back this typed up itemized receipt! Half of whichI don't remember ordered in the first place! I never signed a copy of the receipt which left me VERY unsettled! I wanted toleave the waitress whom was very helpful and super polite a tip and did not have that ability on the receipt. When asked theysaid that was not an option they had! First restaurant in a good 20 years I had been to that did not have that ability! I felthorrible for her! The daughter and her friends were supposed to get cups that they could bring back to the restaurant. They tothis day have not received those cups. I couldn't believe the cups after weeks of this party happening not being there. Theystill had no set date. She just said to call back in a few weeks. The only reason I paid for that expensive rate per kid WAS wasthose CUPS!!! IF I would have known that the restaurant would have looked better then versus a month later (It still was notcomplete) I would have waited until August to have her party. When we were there they hardly had anything for a 7yo to do. Shejust kept walking about to the same five or six games. Oh not to mention I called this location five or six times in a panicabout my credit card being over billed. I had also called six or seven times in a month's time span before my daughter's partyto see about a cake. THEY NEVER ANSWERED ANY OF THE TIMES I CALLED!!! I had to drive an hour there and an hour back the day Iwanted to find out about being over billed and I also had to just splurge and BUY MORE CAKE THAN I NEEDED!! I hate Chuck ECheese at this point!!! I refuse to ever go there again! I'll hire entertainers and have them at my house from now on!!!Especially for $400!!! Read more
This place didn't even have their Chuck E Cheese sign attached to the outside. Find it with Google maps. Went inside and they... had absolutely no construction signs up. A bunch of clear tape up whenever they removed the band. Place was keyed with screwsthat my daughter(1yr 7m) handed to me. Thank God I leave her leggier in our they would have been in her mouth. My sister-in-lawmentioned to the manager that there were screws around on the floor. She immediately denied that and sent the custodian it whofollowed us with a broom and dust pan. As I point one of she quickly serious it up and insists there was nothing there. Had mysister-in-law ask for corporate's number, the manager said she already spoke to them. NEVER will I bring my child to thislocation every again. I hope no one had to have a sloppy experience like this. Mind you I never asked for a refund or to bereimbursed for anything I just wanted to make someone higher up aware of this site is not being safe and they wouldn't have overthe number to corporate. I would have loved to have given 5 stars. We have been coming to this establishment for many years and this was the first time... we were treated with such disrespect. The first person we seen was on her phone didn?t even look up to greet us and had thestamper saying nothing wanting our hands out. Very rude and in personable especially for what is supposed to be a friendly, funplace. Then the person taking our order acted as if we bothered her and once again did not greet us or ask what we would like,so we just had to tell her. Then the young man with the prizes also acted as if we were taking up his time. The place was notbusy at all and the employees wanted to visit and be on their phones instead. The food was good though and my grandson had agreat time work his grandpa with the games, but we will not be back again to this Chuck E Cheese. I hope people would take moreinterest in who they are hiring because this is the face of Chuck E Cheese and no one should have to be subjected to such lamecustomer service. I don?t take pleasure in writing a bad review, but I give credit where credit is due and I was frustrated assoon as we walked in today. We only stayed so as not to disappoint our grandson. Read more
It's changed since the last time I was there. There are plenty of games and things to do and the kids had a blast. Only... disappointment was the pizza,I don't know what happened but I didn't know you could mess up pizza. It was almost tasteless. Notat all what I remembered, or expected, from here. Read more
