Very slow service, after waiting 30 min they didn't have waffle cones so I took a cup. Asked for Oreo and got plain vanilla.... Took one spoonful and tossed it out, tasted like pure butter fat, not good at all. Read more

I called with a... complaint and Marissa , the new manager , met with me and couldn?t have been more understanding and helpful . Not only did shemake things right for us , she went above and beyond to make us happy and reassured us changes are being made at the Cantonlocation . I will definitely be back with future orders . I've been here twice and both times were not good experiences. The ice cream was very melted the first time (ordered 3 take home... containers and it was melted when it was handed to me - order was refunded) and the second time I ordered 8 of the same icecream sandwiches and they were all different, some with very little ice cream and others loaded with ice cream.
