First of all, that’s not even the right salad dressing! The chairs were completely filthy! The service was slow, the waiter... was a little rude. It was literally only three groups in there, the other two groups had their food. So it was only me and myfriend, they still took forever bringing our stuff out. I want to say the worst thing is, they tip themselves! Tips that theyaren’t even worthy of! I kid you not, while we were waiting for our waiter to come get the bills, my friend noticed him behindus, sitting in the dark eating. This is literally the worst experience I’ve ever had a Ichiban. I also got over charged, Ipaid $41. When I normally spend about $28 - $31. And then the tip, they tip themselves $7.51. Which they didn’t even deserve.I would’ve left five dollars at least. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Rude service & dirty chairs. It’s extremely noticeable Im sure they’ve seen it and just... haven’t done anything about it. The waiter we had was very pushy and tried to rush as we ordered. They also give you an verysmall amount. They expected us to split this little bit. This place use to give customers a lot of food but now the portions are really scarce/small. The bill was over $100.00 despite... the fact that we tipped the chef $20.00. I understand now why the place was deserted/empty when we arrived (they have changedand become cheap with their food portions!). The worst Japanese restaurant I’ve ever ate at. Waited about 30 minutes to eat despite being the only customer in the... building. Soup came cold, there was a bone and hair in one of the nigiri we ordered, and was forced to pay a 18% gratuity tax onour subtotal + tax (for a party of 4), which was really confusing and we were told that we could not adjust our tip. If it wereup to me we wouldn’t have tipped half of that. I’ve been here a handful of times and each time the service and quality offood gets worse. Will never be returning. This was disgusting it cost $60.00 and the sushi was literally dried out and the soups had zero flavor what so ever even the... shrimp smelled like it had been left out for too long this definitely could not have been up to code. While the wait was long, my experience was worth it for the most part. When we arrived, we were waiting for about 15 minutes for... large enough seating. Once seated, I noticed that the eating area wasn't very clean (the waitress did a quick wipe of the table)but that was taken care by a napkin swipe. the waitress took our orders for the chef soon after being seated. I and a few of myfamily members ordered some drinks + water for everyone, and we received our drinks maybe 25 minutes after ordering. I get it,it was busy. No worries. A chef came to our table but it was the wrong chef, so we had to wait a bit more. After about 30minutes of waiting, our chef came, and he surely cheffed it up! The serve was awful there was a big party of 15 people. And our table was the same amount we got there at 8 pm and we didn't... get serviced until 10pm the food was prepared in front of us, they tried to put on a show but we told them don't bother withthat just cooked our food!
