Always great, consistent Detroit-style pizza, fastest pizza delivery in town.
Order pizza told them where to deliver they went to the wrong address didn't call me then said when I called I didn't order a... pizza then said I gave the wrong name. Nope I didn't. Then wanted to send me out the same pizza the driver drove around with foran hr would not make it right. Basically said We don't care. Read more
Pizza was ok the Antipasto salad was THE WORST!!! 3 tomatoes 5 pices of meat no hot peppers all lettuce. Don't order salads... from here. Lesson learned! Read more
Ordered pizza well done and light sauce, and wings. After waiting 45 mins for my order they forgot about the wings or "messed... them up" told to wait another 15 mins and still werent ready so I finally canceled the wings and took the pizza only. Do NOT order from this Jets!! My 84 year old Mother ( that never complains and is on a fixed income) got a order from here and... was NOT at ALL satisfied. She took her time out of the next day and returned it to the franchise and was pretty much kicked outof the store with no refund or replacement order. Good thing im not a bad person or id definitely be going up there and givingthem a peice of my mind. Thank God we can review these days so consumer Beware Read more
The staff is very courteous and does a very well job taking care of customers, it is Jets so the pizza is very consistent from... one location to another but I feel like this place does a really good job. Also it is very clean. Nice job staff and manager Read more
Delivery is sometimes slow and delivery area fluctuates. The pizza is good, however, and the sauce has a special Zing! Easy to... get to, plenty of parking and the staff is couteous. No dining in. Read more
Horrible customer service! Brendan was the manager on duty when i called to find out why i didn't get the correct order i placed... for delivery. He didn't offer any solution to their mistake they made on my order. Being very condescending and rude. If you arelooking for receiving your correct order delivered, your food hot, and delivered at a reasonable time don't ever order from thisJet's you WILL be disappointed!!!!!
