During softball games, I often get hungry and head up to Kicker?s but last night was my very last time. I attempted to order 4... different things, which they were out of. When finally settling on a burger, I took one bite and said to my boyfriend ?this isthe most disgusting thing I?ve ever tasted.? He decided to finish the rest to make it feel like we didn?t waste the money? andyou guessed it. He?s been up all night with food poising. To the point of going to the hospital because he is so sick. Thisrestaurant needs to get it together because after reading some of the other reviews, I?m sure this isn?t the first time it?shappened. Read more
the wait staff was stretched thin, but hustled hard to take care of our large party of a dozen+ guests. food was good, ranch... dressing was a bit watery but tasted alright. had half of the restaurant seating closed off and we were crowded and shared along table (we occupied two long tables) with another small family at one point until they left. hope they didn't feelsmothered. I would have added another star if manager had seated us in the closed section. I've encountered this before at barsand restaurants where they have a whole section closed because they say they don't have the wait staff assigned to it. The lasttime this happened I asked the host if he could check with one of the waiters to see if they'd be willing to walk the extra 10ft to take care of us and it all worked out. Read more

There we're a lot of misses. Drinks we're never made the same, even when getting the exact same drink. One of us ordered a... strawberry margarita, a blended drink. Yet they also put ice cubes in it after? And only that one out of 3? Burgers we're ok butthere was NO seasoning on the meat. I was so confused. Who doesn't season a burger patty? Everyone around us got pizza so isuppose that was our mistake getting anything but pizza. The building and set up is nice. But i wouldn't come here again if ihad choices of elsewhere. Read more
The worst experience and food I've ever had was at this establishment. There was 1 server working alone but only 2 tables, us... and another. Took forever to place our order, once our food came it was less than fair. My fish was like a hockey puck, friesundercooked. My son's bacon was raw on his burger. My mom and sister had fajitas that were charbroiled and stuck to the skillet.We were never offered drink refills. My 2 year old spit the food out and said yucky mommy, that says alot! I expressed myconcern about the food that at this point was uneaten and the server had attempted to call a manager to discount the food butshe reported that they didn't answer. As we walked out there was a strong order of marijuana and as I looked toward the smellthere was the cook and 2 other gentleman getting high outside the kitchen door. I am disgusted, I would never recommend thisplace to anyone! After working all day, attending son's evening game, wasting 2 hours I left hungry and very, very fraustrated.I will never again spend my money here! Read more
