Diamond is a manager, who is hostile, not courteous, throws tantrums at customers and other employees, talks badly about other... customers while they are in front ....all I did was request the non-paper cups since I dont like the smell of it when I heat mycoffee in them,,, and she made me feel very unwelcomed and spoke rudely to me saying "I should call the CEO to fix the issue" orthat "what am I doing to save the environment" and talked about me while I was there to another customer.... everyone else atthe place is good, the service is great and the customer service is great. I dont understand how someone as a manager couldtreat customers so badly. Extremely disappointed. Hope the management looks at her behaviors in general to see how she treatsothers ( customers and internal staff ) in times of stress. Ridiculous and not par at Panera's great standards. I ordered a coffee & a sausage egg & cheese brioche for breakfast. I paid $8.88. They gave me a bacon egg & cheese. The coffee... was good and the quiet atmosphere was enjoyable. The food was less enjoyable. Not worth the money, even though it was supposedto be higher quality. Tasted like Cafeteria food. Read more
I have been ordering bakers dozen(13) bagels often from this Canton, MI location for some time. I order these delivered to take... to work. This time I was shorted 1 bagel. Either the staff doesn't know what a bakers dozen is or they counted incorrectly.Since it was only 1 bagel I chose not to call about it. But be aware if you are ordering delivery to make sure they countcorrectly! Read more
As if Panera is not overpriced enough to be able to afford fresh produce when making people?s food.

Panera food has always been a favorite of mine but this cafe, 601875, has been a repeat of disappointments. When ordering to go,... more than half of the time the order was not complete. This last time I get half of my Pick-2 order, while the other half hasmoldy chicken and salad. If there isn't someone checking the food as it leaves this cafe's kitchen, count on that order beingincorrect. You somehow always feel shorted when ordering out from here. Read more
Huge clean store. Not busy at all compared to the ford road store. Food is to be expected- Got a Caesar salad and a French onion... soup. The salad is always excellent. Soup was lacking flavor but still good. They were out of lemons which is disappointing.Employees were friendly. Food was out fast. Will come back. Read more
Just went through the drive through and they were pleasant and professional. The food is so delicious.
