Yesterday was our first visit to Rose's and we will definitely be back! We arrived just after 3 pm and at the time, they were... not busy. We were seated quickly and given menus and placed our drink order. Michelle, our server, was wonderful! My husbandordered the lasagna and I ordered the cheese tortellini special. Both included a delicious cup of soup and the most amazing loafof warm bread. Both our meals had generous portions and were incredible. My raspberry martini was perfect too! Michelle thensurprised us with some vanilla ice cream that was smooth and creamy. It was a perfect meal in a very clean, beautifulrestaurant. Thanks so much! Read more
JUST went there yesterday 5/22/22 and I had the late perch and rice that was outstanding.BUT WATCH OUT FOR THE RUBBER... VEGGIES????. TRIED TO TELL THE FLOOR MANAGER BUT THEY STILL SERVE THEM TO A FRIEND OF MINE AFTER I LEFT. I'M POSTING A PICTUREWHERE YOU CAN SEE I TRIED TO CUT THE CARROT WITH A FORK AND COULDN'T DO IT. Rose's was absolutely excellent - cod and chipswith awesome clam chowder and warm garlic bread. Next round was lake Perch with rice and broccoli cheddar soup. I thought thebreading was a little much for lake Perch. Once I peeled most of it off it was pretty good. Wow, what a find for a Thursday night date night with my wife. The service was phenomenal, spotlessly clean with a great... ambiance. I went with the Black Pepper Fettuccine and my wife got the chicken parm, a highly recommend both. The owner stoppedby, genuinely friendly fellow.
