Came here for a late dinner tonight and remembered why I don’t eat here. First I don’t know how this location is still open.... It’s dirty and the staff seem to hate their job. We walked in to find the hostess sitting at a both wearing headphones andplaying on her phone. We were seated promptly and our server took our drink orders. It was 15 minutes until she brought themout. She took the rest of our order and it was over 30 minutes before we had our food. Our server didn’t come and update us onhow long the food was taking or see if we needed refills on drinks. My two little boys were getting antsy. I got the salad barand that seemed to be a mistake. The plates at the bar were wet and it there wasn’t much left of the bar to eat. What was leftlooked like it needed to be thrown out. Our booth was sticky and the light fixture above was thick with dust. Cleaning doesn’tseem to be a priority here. I got the new chicken sandwich. It was okay. The bun was stale and the chicken tough. My six yearold got a kid’s cheeseburger and his bun was stale to. The fries were over cooked and greasy. There were only two other tablesof people there. The entire staff looked sullen. Even though i got there late, the salad bar was so stocked and welcoming. Made my salad and loved it. Ordered tje Steak... Tacodilla.. taste was amazing but the presentation was not how it looked in the menu. Got a little souffle cup of the rice beanmix so not an honest tasting of it and would have preferred cottage cheese or corn instead. Server was very pleasant. Read more

Just got back from Ruby Tuesday's on Michigan Ave. in Canton MI. Jessica was our server and she was great! Fast, friendly, and... efficient form the time we arrived to the end of our meal she was attentive without being intrusive. Speaking of the meal, wedidn't wait long and if came out hot and fresh and was exactly what we ordered. The portions were generous. We ordered twodifferent style of ribs and they were delicious. Our fries were crispy outside and tender inside. The salad bar was stocked andlooking fresh. I've eaten at other restaurants in this chain but this one shines above the rest. They were short-staffed like somany places but the manager knows how to properly manage his resources. Read more
Our server hardly checked in on us. Salad bar was nasty and everything was out. Also as pictured the “boneless wings” came... out and the insides were pink and raw. Would not be going back. Read more
COVID era & winter storm of '22: Its pandemic and a winter storm so I didn't complain. Sat myself as I usually carryout, so not... sure if I was suppose to or not. Nonetheless the waitress attend immediately. Enjoyed and got full off the salad bar. Burger wasnot eatable .. Imo at least. Also was a little put off by other patrons not using the provided plastic gloves for salad bar(possible allergy... Idk) Will request burger to be cooked well done next time. Great experience at Ruby Tuesday’s tonight. Cara the bartender was busy but did an excellent job balancing everything between... Togo’s, bar top guests and tables. I started off with a shrimp fondue that was really good and then went onto a spicy crispychicken sandwich which was also very good. The specialty drinks like the flavored margarita and ruby relaxer were delirious. Iwill definitely be back! Read more
Stopped in at Ruby Tuesday today because the one in my hometown closed. I was pretty disappointed by the food. The only thing... that was good was the broccoli and the mozzarella sticks and even those were a little salty and the marinara was not good atall. My boyfriend enjoyed his nachos. I got the hickory bourbon chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli but as I stated Iwasn’t a fan. The chicken tasted fake, the sauce was too thin, the mashed potatoes tasted and looked like instant potatoes,the broccoli was good though. I should have just kept my good memories of Ruby Tuesday from when I had it before. Read more
