placed an order before 30min before closing, and received confirmation. arrived at the resteraunt a bit early and saw more than... 5 people walking around doing nothing. then i saw one of the guy turn off the ?open? sign infront at which point i went insideto grab my order. To my dismay, the man at the counter said that they voided the order because they had closed an hour prior. ifthey had been closed for an hour, why were more than 5 people walking around inside? and why did i SEE the guy turn the ?open?sign off. I don?t really leave reviews and stuff? but when people LIE and treat their customers with dishonesty, i have to letothers know. stay away and save you money!! Read more
Be careful you can be a loyal customer and buy 50 - 60 pizzas easily a year for you and your workers and then you call to order... a pizza which is 2.7 miles down the road from your office to your home and they say NOPE we will not deliver that extra 2.7miles very disheartening for the best pizza in Southern Michigan ???? looks like it will be jets pizza double bacon doublesausage DEEP DISH SQUARE.Just to be clear the tip was more than the pizza would have been,,, Especially with gas prices thesedays. Fresh ingredients and excellent customer care online, on the phone and in the store. Their pizza especially deep dish is... delicious with relatively cheap prices compared to other Canton pizza places. Their salad and wings are great too. Highlyrecommend. Read more
Impressive customer service and a truly delicious product! We enjoyed a large pizza and some cheese bread, both excellent.... Generous dipping sauce portions too! They did a great job splitting the toppings- our go-to half vegetarian and half not, so theattention to detail really shines through when it's done with care. This was our first time having Sammy's and we'll definitelybe ordering again soon!!! Read more
