Philip and Fran are outstanding! They are part owners and are constantly making sure our visit is the very best. They go out of... their way to ensure ALL customers are satisfied. Most owners do not interact with customers but Philip and Fran are constantlyinvolved in the entire process and strive to improve based on customer experiences. They have shown true grit when working inthe confines of COVID. Other people who have given a negative review lack understanding of the difficulty to run a businessduring a PANDEMIC. Good quality food is always worth the wait- however, we have never waited an unreasonable amount of time forour food. We will continue to support this business because it is a great dining experience, every time! Read more
Fantastic experience at Silvio's. The first thing I thought of when I got my meal was "Wow this tastes fresh". Drinks are very... well made, bread is awesome. The truffle fries are legitimately the best I've had anywhere. And for the love of god get acannoli while you're here, way too good. Haven't had the pizza yet, but I will be going back for that. Sadly I write this review. I do not write reviews unless outstanding or regrettable. I placed a order for a pizza and was told... it would be a hour. That was acceptable. When I arrived myself and another customer waited a few minutes until a young girlcame from the back and explained my pizza had not been made what would I like to do.? Being very hungry I said go ahead and makemy pizza, I would wait. She did not say anything to the other customer waiting. I explained to the other customer what I wastold and she left. I requested to speak to the manager to simply tell him in my opinion it would be nice if he came out toexplain the situation rather than have a young waitstaff to deliver the explanation why with one party of six and one party oftwo in the restaurant would cause such incompetence. Philip, the "part owner " felt that he did not need any advice and he andhis wife were working 12 hours a week and raising two children. I told him I could appreciate that but frankly that is what youare supposed to do and really does not call for applause. Unfortunately the conversation was headed for a racial componentuntil I simply said " Good luck with your business " .I am quite sure this restaurant will be out of business by spring. Sadly. The pizza was very good but the management/part owner(Philip) will make it difficult to succeed. Read more

Wow!!! I had the Arrosticini and the Italian Porchetta as dinner entres and they were so delicious. The lamb was seasoned to... perfection and so tasty and the pork shoulder on the Porchetta was so tinder it melted in my mouth. I was in heaven the wholetime I was eating. My wife had the Michigan Ravioli and she raved on how rich and creamy the dish was. Can't wait to come backand try other dishes. Read more
Excellent. A very authentic pizzeria and Italian restaurant. Our server Kevin did an excellent job. He made recommendations and... kept our glasses full. The pizzas were very good. Thin crisp crust and fresh toppings. The homemade limoncello was a perfect endto the evening. I highly recommend trying this local spot! Read more
Great experience at Silvio’s, met Silvio and had an intriguing discussion on the hydroponics setup in the front. Overall the... food was amazing, get the Ravioli for sure, food reminds me of dishes in Italy. Salads are high and flavorful. Pizza is greatand the service is excellent. Read more
This is the number one most slept on restaurant in Ann Arbor. I went to UMich from 2015-2019, ate here countless times. I have... tried every restaurant pretty much in Ann Arbor. This blows every Main St $50 entree restaurant out of the water and it’s notclose. If you want a casual atmosphere, relaxed, sometimes live music, sometimes not, with the best Italian food, this is yourspot. Everything is made in-house, fresh pasta, fresh bread, great wine and dessert selection. Come here. Read more
