I placed a mobile order for 2 drinks, both Trenta Mango Dragonfruit refreshers, no fruit, no water, no ice. Paid on the app and... this is how they were when I arrived to pick them up - half full, and completely different colors (supposed to be the samedrink). When I asked them to please fill it up, Leanna gave a ton of attitude and said it was against starbucks policy. I toldher that I visit starbucks nearly daily, ordering the same thing and I have never heard of this. I asked to see the policy. Shewas unable to find it and then said it was "her manager's policy that she sent in an email". Conveniently, the manager was notpresent and she couldn't show me an email. I called corporate immediately afterwards, they refunded both drinks and gave me anadditional credit for the trouble. They confirmed THIS IS NOT STARBUCKS POLICY and took feedback to be made to the store. Thisstore is trying to scam you out of half your drink and quoting starbucks policy while doing so. I've had a few bad experiences at this place. I've had my customizations completely skipped multiple times in my drink and it... not like it was complicated either. I would recommend avoiding this Starbucks. Read more

I made an order for 4 different coffees. I waited for half an hour and there was just one assistant who was doing it very slow ,... made wrong orders for another person. Then finally when she was making my order, she kept making other coffee orders in betweenmy 4 coffees. My coffees were getting colder and she was rude in answering too. Never had this bad experience in Starbucks ever! Read more

One of the best Starbucks only thing is you can't order in advance. Also the young ladies needs to speak up and not whisper when... they are letting you know your order is ready. Read more

The young lady spilled my venti white chocolate mocha due to the top not being one firm. She panicked for a few seconds, got... what appeared to be a baby wipe off the counter, and cleaned up my cup of coffee. She then pressed firmly on the lid to makesure it was on correctly and handed it to me. I was extremely disappointed she didn't just make a new cup of coffee. I didn'twant to say anything because there was a line, although I had waited in that same line with just 1 person running the entireoperation very well. Turned out to be a mediocre cup of coffee.
