Stopped in and found a long line but the earlier shift stayed and made sure all of the line was taken care of. One sub was a... special order and mad correctly and mine was off the regular menu also done correctly. I appreciated the service and the speedwith which it was prepared. Read more

Best subway ive had in a long time! Bread was fresh, veggies were crisp. Loved it! Staff was super friendly. 10/10

Worst customer service ever. Entered the line to order and the worker was sweeping the floor he then asked are you ordering... something I replied yes. He started to come make my order. I advised him he needed to wash his hands before touching anythingbehind the counter so he did the he put gloves on and made my sandwich. He did not know how to ring it up so he asked for helpfrom Amanda who was extra rude. I asked her why I was being charged 10.59 for a regular basis sandwich she said it is what itis. So I asked for refund she stated it would go back on my card within 24 hours still no refund. I will never go back to thisstore again. ???? Read more

So poor. Brown lettuce and charge extra for extra half rotten veggies. Totally drowned my sandwich is sauce used 7 napkins to... soak up the extra sauce. Grouchy staff on top of it all. Did I mention 75. Cents for a cup of water. I'm 40 years old, worstsubway experience of my entire life. Won't eat at walmart subway like this ever again. Read more

Probably wont even give 1 star to this place. I placed order on app on 25h July for pickup time at 7:50. Went i reached at... 7:55..i was told that my order was too close to the closing time(which was 8) and they tried calling me to confirm myavailability at 7:45 which i missed as i was driving. Even though i was there before closing time the lady told me they areclosed. to which i was like okay what happens to my money i paid. She said they will be refunded. I messaged subway app supportchecking for my refund and lost reward points next day. Even after waiting for 2 weeks I didn't get any response or my money. Soi opened dispute with paypal which was rejected after few days with explanation "the seller had delivered the goods". So Icalled the store they said they have voided the transaction and there isn't anything else they can do. So i kept on messagingthe app support asking for my refund. To which i finally got response that they will refund me the money and i can go to storeand pick it up..so I said can you just put it in my account and why do i have to make a visit. their reply was "I'm not sureexactly what you?re trying to prove. I asked you to come up to the store whenever you get a chance and will refund your moneyagain as your order was already voided. It is not necessary to keep going on about something it could be handled in aprofessional way". I was like if I never got my money how you voiding the transaction helps me here. but still i went to thestore. When I went to the store manager told me they got all my messages and you can have your money back and DON"T COME BACK TOTHIS STORE AGAIN. I am here thinking how is this my fault that I never got refund and I kept on asking for it. I hope Subwaytakes their customer seriously and give good app support. We shouldn't have to beg for our own money. Read more
