Terrible location. So slow and can't take orders of more than a few items. Recently remodeled but have no one to work (good call... there). Just close or combine staff with another location so at least one in the area is ran correctly. Read more
They claimed they were short staffed, which normally is fine. Except for the fact that they took 10+ minutes in between EVERY... order, and even took longer than 10+ minutes to get anyone their food. I could have made a crunchy taco and chalupa faster thanthat. Easily. There is no excuse for that. Not to mention, after waiting over ten minutes to get my food, it wasnt even fresh.It was falling apart from grease build up because it was just sitting there waiting to be handed to me. We went in to order. We waited 20 minutes and every single burrito we ordered was wrong. We got two steak and one beef, they... were all beef. We ordered one without rice, it had rice and the spicy burrito has no jalepenos. Very dissatisfied. Read more
Continuously wrong food. Or old food. Rock hard chalupa shells, soggy ice cold soft tacos. The past few times I've been there... the last couple months, my order was wrong every time. I don't mind waiting 20 minutes for fresh food I understand the issueswere all facing but, to wait long waits and consistently get old, bad, or just plain made wrong food, is unacceptable. Amateur hour at this T bell for sure. It is consistently slow, regardless if there is 10 or 2 cars. Today I spent 30 minutes... in line at 7 o'clock and it was chaos back there. You're not even dealing with the drunk people rush after the bars close sothere really isn't an excuse for it. Mind you, these are the same kind of people that want $20 an hour for their hard work. Waited approximately 8 minutes in line before it was officially 10 pm & they said they were closed. 3 cars were ahead of me. Guy... started to take my order but then realized his mistake. I really wish they would have gave me my receipt. This whole order was a muasy af. The 2 quesadilla weren't cut, my 2 burritos... were completely wtong, and the 2 chalupa's we're HARD. And a medium drink I had to ask for 36$ dollars for a whole mess. Read more
Stopped to get breakfast this morning. Sat at the speaker for ten minutes with no greeting, I was the only one in line. Even... said hello into the speaker. Nothing. Eventually I drove away and tried calling them to let them know that if they?re open maybethey should pay attention to who?s at their drive through and they answered, didn?t say anything and hung up.
