Pulling up to the drive thru at 11:01 pm on a Monday night, I thought I was out of luck and had just missed my only opportunity... for a tasty burger. However, my fears were quickly dispelled when I heard the intercom crackle and come to life- "Welcome toWendy's, what can I get for you this evening?" I breathed a sigh of relief and placed my order. One juicy double, please... Andjuicy it was!! My order came up hot and delicious and made exactly to order. Thanks Wendy's!!! You guys made my night. Keep upthe fantastic work. My son and I had the best fast food DRIVE THRU service at Wendy's tonight. We ordered an insane amount of food with several... "special" requests and the staff was patient, pleasant, friendly, speedy and spot on with our order. Major props to all thestaff at Wendy's in Canton on Ford and Haggerty.! Read more
Like the Wendy?s on Michigan Ave, this one is always running out of salads even in early afternoon. Also, we went to eat inside,... as the sign on the door says, ?open for dining IN till 10 PM.? It was 7:45 & doors were locked. Instead of employees coming tothe door to explain any change in policy, they just look at you & laugh. I?ve also come to this drive-thru & heard employees &apparently a manager having a shouting match & spewing the F-bomb & other obscenities back & forth. Very unprofessional &inefficient. They often get the order wrong. Not sure what?s going on with these franchises, but there are tons of otheroptions, so don?t waste your time here! Read more
The staff is upbeat and engaged. The food is well made and delicious. The dining area is clean and orderly. Entry during high... traffic is difficult if heading west. Exit the same difficulty. If a back driveway were added to Haggerty would be good forall businesses adjecent as well. Read more
Waited in line in the drive thru and no one answers the speaker, we pull up to the drive thru window and the staff is just... giggling away. Someone eventually comes to the window when they see us, seeing them and says ?We?re not taking orders right now,we have to get things together? Excuse me? Wendy's Canton, MI Ford Rd just turned away 6-8 cars, just while we waited. The lobbyis closed already and then the staff takes it upon themselves to close the drive thru as well, without any warning on thespeaker. Classy. Read more
