We ordered almost $55 worth of food online, for delivery on Halloween. The estimated wait time was 82 to 87 minutes. After 80... minutes, I received a phone call from a delivery driver. The driver stated there was no boneless chicken in stock. I asked tohave that portion of the order substituted with ?bone-in? chicken. The employee at the store said they could not do that becausethere was a price difference. I asked to have a full refund and my order to be canceled at that point. The same employee at thestore said they cannot do that and would have to ask a district manager to do this the next day. I called the next day (andtwice more beyond that) and spoke with ?Toy,? who I think is a store manager. Each day I called and spoke with her, she saidthat she would have to ?see if the system will let me in and I will call you right back.? I have not received a call back. Ihave filled out the online form from their website a few times now. No one has called me. There should be a much easier processfor refunding customers! Their system seems designed to encourage customers to give up, so they can pocket the money. Read more
First time I ever tried Wingstop. I really enjoyed it. Tried 4 flavors of boneless wings. Mango habanero, mild buffalo,... smokey bbq, and Hawaiian. All were excellent. Couldn't pick a favorite as they all were very good. And I really like thefries and seasoning. The dips were top notch as well. Well worth the wait. My father and I visited this Wingstop a few days ago. It was my first time there, but apparently it was one of his favorite... restaurants. I ordered a large (10 wings) bone-in, 5 Hickory Smoked BBQ, 5 Hot Honey Rub. I'm not the best with spice, but theHot Honey Rub was worth it either way. They were awesome. The Voodoo fries were amazing as well. Definitely give this place atry. It may be a tiny bit pricier then an average fast food joint, but it's worth every penny in my opinion. Read more
I would give this 20 stars if I could. I went in late at night and a lovely lady helped me. She was really nice and answered my... questions. But when we got home and ate the chicken it was so good. I will never go to be dubs again. We got the lemon pepperboneless wings and it made me tingle. Read more
I order 40 pcs family pack and they just give me 40 pcs no fries no begetables and dressing!!!! The lady Kardi is very polite... but she don't took the order correctly I can't go back and forward because or her mistake! Read more
I have gone to this store on a few different occasions. The first time was shortly after moving to the area in 2020, and when I... bit into it, it was undercooked. Not raw, but enough it was gross. All I was offered for a refund by the "manager" on the phonewas a couple free drinks, however, I was able to cook my chicken the rest of the way in our oven. The next time, February 2021,I fell for the affordability of their wings. They were good, very crispy like they were stuck in a hotbox awhile, but I likethem like that. Most recently, I got carryout, and the wings were more raw than I had ever seen chicken served. When I called,they told me the manager wasn't there (5pm on a Sunday), and to call the next day at noon. I did, and the manager, Asia, told meshe was not left a note from the previous night, and therefore couldn't issue me a refund. She did offer to forward myinformation to the district manager, but wouldn't give me a number to contact them myself. Frankly, I don't expect to get mymoney back, or go to this store again Read more
I heard good things about wingstop but I was quite disappointed. I placed an order online and was told to pick up my food in 30... minutes. 14 minutes later I received a phone call stating my order was ready. I live 15 minutes away and by the time I arrivedmy food was room temperature. They didn?t have it on a heating rack or anything. Great wings: Always delicious no matter what flavor you choose. Service, however, is consistently lacking. If the person manning... the counter is on break, talking a phone call, distracted, or otherwise unavailable, nobody will step in to help you, and I meannobody. They will walk right past the counter and refuse to even make eye contact. Four or five people will stand there startingdown at a troublesome wing order (how hard can it be?) and will completely ignore everything else around them, even if there isa line to the door just waiting to grab their finished orders off the wire rack.
