I bought my elderly mom some chicken for lunch. They asked did I want white or dark meat, regular, crispy, or spicy. I asked for... regular and dark. So, after speaking to my mom a couple of hours later, she tells me she appreciates the chicken but she can'teat spicy food (I knew that) so I called the restaurant and of course, no one answered the phone! I drive a bus so it's not exactly like I can go through the drive through. Their door says they close at 10:00. It's only 9:40.... I went to go in and order food, the front door is locked. So I called them and asked what time you close. She said 10:00. Ok sowhy is the door locked? The sign did not say drive through only. It says 10:00 p.m. is closing time. No worries, I will neverever spend a single dollar in that store. They're too worried about getting off the clock and going home then they are abouthandling their business and dealing with customers. If the hourly paid employees are going to randomly change the operatinghours, then they should at least have the courtesy to post it somewhere like on the door for instance where the actual hours ofoperation are listed.
