There was nobody here tonight and the kitchen was almost entirely closed serving half menu items an hour and a half before... closing and every single person in the building was giggling and jumping around. Then when the lady came to bring me my food,she forgot almost all of it including straws and then gave me the worst attitude for asking for them. She was so rude I almostgot out of my car. 345pm today I ordered a a Cajun filet biscuit a seasoned fries. What I got was food that had been simmering under a heat lamp... charred like a rock with not to mention the fries!!!!!! I called the store & the manager says we'll if you will come back I'llfix it fresh this time!!!! Hey pal fix it fresh the first time & this won't happen. I was the only car in the drive thru I kidyou not!! Either he's going for a bonus on his quarterly review or the employee's are too lazy to fix fresh!!! Was a good meal, for a quick stop on the way through. Food was good. Staff was friendly. Establishment had plenty of parking,... lot was clean. Restaurant was in need to table wipedowns and sweeping. Windows smudged with fingers. Overall decent place tostop for a bite to eat. Read more

I had my first Bojangles meal here last year. I was pleasantly surprised by everything. The Bo-Tato rounds were really good and... everything wasn?t overly greasy or ?fast food? tasting. The gravy was a bit bland and they forgot to give me utensils but all inall a good experience. Definitely choose Bojangles as a slightly better fast food option while you are on the road. Read more
Normally I haven't had a problem. But this time my biscuit wasn't even fully cooked. Bo rounds cold. Maybe next time it will be... better. There isn't alot of good choices for chicken in Canton. Read more
Always check the bag before leaving for cold items. Usually they have awesome service but occasionally you'll get cold Bo-rounds... and a stiff biscuit. Employees are super friendly. Read more
I USED to rave about Bojangles to everyone I knew, but I no longer do that. This location in Canton is hands down the worst... Bojangles I've ever been to. It's certain that the order will not be correct or the food will be cold. They serve coldunseasoned fries, old biscuits, dried up fried chicken, and now they are charging full price for bo berry biscuits and onlyserving half a biscuit because it's supposed to be a football. At least give people a heads up. Just say "Hey! We're justgonna give you half a biscuit today, but charge you for a whole one." It's so bad they we only get did from there begrudgingly,because no where else is serving breakfast. In college, I went to the Bojangles on Western Blvd in Raleigh at least 3 days aweek. At this point I don't even want to go to this location in Canton 3 days a year. Read more
