Terrible experience. They were out of Oreo for all of the deserts. They were out of gravy and ranch. They gave me a blizzard... that had a hole in the side of the cup and leaked all over my vehicle. Read more

The last time my husband and I were in Canton, we went through the drive-thru and even though it was slammed, everything moved... quickly. We ordered a couple of chili dogs and Blizzards, and although it was busy (only the drive-thru was open), the lady atthe window was so friendly! You could tell that she was by herself and was probably pulling her hair out, but you sure couldn'ttell it from her attitude! Dairy Queen is typically pretty decent, but this time was very bad. The gravy that was provided was clearly days old, dark in... color, with hard chunks in it. The fries were old and stale, and my toast lacked even a small bit of butter. The pictureattached is the gravy. Read more
The five star rating is dependent on what the Dairy Queen offered and their customer service. At this Dairy Queen they do not... have hamburger, and so I cannot rate them on what they do not have for that is not the store of that location's fault. Today Iordered a crispy flamethrower chicken sandwich meal with an Oreo Cookie Dough Blizzard. The fries were to Dairy Queen standard,the chicken sandwich was fresh and fantastic, and the blizzard also was perfect (may have been better with chocolate icecream). I would like to mention that Dairy Queen is my favorite fast food restaurant, always has, always will. Additionally,Dairy Queen better not be closing up shop anytime soon. I've noticed that the full-menu Dairy Queens in North Carolina are notin the big cities. I would love a Dairy Queen in High Point or Greensboro! Read more
