Forgot ever single sauce 7 total sauces and offered me 20% off next order on full price items. All while they are running a... special for 50% of all regular price items. Literally the most incompetent people work here. Also there was no garlic seasoningsauce on the crust of the hand tossed pizzas. As a person that use to deliver pizzas myself in college I was responsible forwether each order had all of the items on the ticket. The delivery driver blamed the instore people for not putting the saucesin the bag? but it?s the delivery driver?s responsibility that all items are there before they leave the store. Honestly myorder should have been comped or I should have been given my next order free. Read more

I'm giving 3 stars because the food is good. However, it is RUDE to have your delivery drivers call and ask for a tip. A tip is... earned, not required and you are putting your delivery drivers in an uncomfortable position by having them call and ask formoney because you don't pay your employees enough. Read more

Spotty quality. I suspect they can't keep good employees or managers. Last order... the ingredients scattered haphazardly on... the pizza, some spots were bare. Also the pizza was cut SO CROOKED..... 3 inch long pieces and 9 inch long pieces! We orderedHoney BBQ wings and got naked wings. Called to complain.... sat on hold for forever and then the employee that answered didn'teven apologize! If you can afford to drive to the Waynesville location I would definitely do that!! Read more

Update: Manager contacted me and went out of his way to make it right. I'm appreciative that they are on top of it and care... about their customers. My rating went from 1 to 4 after reordering tonight, everything was so good! Read more

The website is awesome though tricky and specific when using coupons online when ordering. However if you come in there staff is... friendly patient and helpful in navigation of the site. The employees are friendly and helpful inside. The delivery people needstips people, they deserve it! Read more

Update: The general manager just personally called me and fixed the issue. He was very nice. I will change to five stars for... being attentive on a Sunday evening looking at his store reviews and making me a happy customer. Thank you! A littledisappointed in our sandwich with extra meat.
