The night shift's service is extremely slow and the manager's disposition is less than amiable in customer service. Do not stop... at this location unless you have plenty of time to experience an extended wait time for the drive through process. The day shiftprovides a much better experience. Read more
Stopped in for a late night snack on the way back home, food was not that great however the cashier was great. My order was a... tab bit complicated but she was patient and made sure EVERYTHING was correct. Great service with not so great food. Read more
Pretty good. I was happy to see your sign as I regularly avoid fast food. Out of all my options to eat(every fast food joint... known to man in close proximity) I will always choose Wendys. Read more

The drive thru has an automatic "WE'RE CLOSED" recording but they are there...
until Midnight. Employees don't care when you mention it to them. "Oh. It does that." was the response I got. ????
Fries aregreat if eaten immediately, but never taste the same after our 3 minute drive home.

I have to give five stars for the dude who always took my order after work. Very friendly and chill. I came here often after... work from Asheville around noon to late afternoon. They are fast and the food comes out much better than the one inWaynesville. Fries always fresh. And sauce never forgotten. I do however agree about later it getting much slower. Once,they were taking orders one by one. Not a constant rhythm but a stop and go, one by one, every five mins. It was bad. Andwhen I got to the window, it seemed like an older woman learning the register with a manager watching/guiding. I pretty muchknew it was bad when cars were leaving the line when they were next to order, or when I was asked about my size for a four forfour meal. Honestly, the younger workers seem to get it. And they don't deserve the bad ratings I'm seeing. Even though I toohave experienced the very slow service, twice. I appreciate the hard work they do. Read more
