My go-to hibachi restaurant. First time I went, I thought I might be sacrificing quality for price, because Wasabi was more... expensive - having tried both, I absolutely prefer A-1. Staff and chefs are friendly, wait times aren?t too bad (and you canmake reservations for when they are), and the food is delicious. Great fun! I have been to other places like this, but A-1 is special. Chef Long was entertaining without being pushy and his... food was excellent! I had the salmon and it was cooked perfectly. Absolutely love this place. Can get super busy. Especially Friday/Saturday night. But the wait is worth it. Sushi is top notch.... Quality for sure. A1 sushi roll is delicious. I really enjoyed the Seafood Yaki Udon. We sat at the sushi bar tonight. The sushichefs were so nice. They gifted us a 8pc Sunset Special sushi. First time trying that. It was fantastic. I celebrated my Birthday here! I?m very happy and felt special they gave me ice cream with candle to blow make my dine in very... special and personal. I also love the food and the appetizer. It was my first time ever going to a hibachi and I must say it was very entertaining & the food was delicious. They give you... more than one show there which is really awesome. I got to watch her performance for someone's birthday as well as watching theperformance cooking our food was absolutely amazing and loads of fun. I highly recommend it!!! Read more
