Again...Lunch order. No mozzarella sticks. You better check before you get all the way back to work...ugh
Food is always great. The crew is awesome as well. The lady working there had already put bronco sauce and marinara in my bag... for my mozzarella sticks and poppers without me even having to ask. I always hate when other locations forget them even when Iask because it ruins the meal. Read more
I was very disappointed with Arbys customer service. I ordered my meal, to find out that they forgot my mozzarella sticks.... Considering it was their mess up and I had to waste gas to come back, as well as have cold food if i wanted to drive back andget them, I asked if she?d replace my meal. The manager Kristi told me no that she will not do not do that for me. I have neverheard of a fast food restaurant that would not replace my meal if the customer asked, considering it was their mess up. She wasvery rude and unapologetic, I didn?t even get offered to get my money back or have my mozzarella sticks replaced. Horriblemanager & customer service. I wasted $5 and will not be coming back to this fast food restaurant. I will also be warning othersof this horrible experience. Read more
New burger was tasteless. They were out of the BBQ sauce that goes on it. Crinkle fries were cold

It was great last time. This time, not so much. Watched the girl working the drive thru eating at the window. Ordered the turkey... swiss sandwich and I had to come home and add more turkey to the two slices on there. Definitely not like the picture and notworth the price. Can't go back because the register ran out of tape and she only gave us the top of the receipt. Read more
Traveling back to W.V. from our home town visit we stopped for a quick bite to eat.I tried the new steak sandwich buttered... garlic and it was very tasty just about all one could want,fresh ciabatta bun,plenty of bacon and steak. The curly fries were okand the cheese sticks hit the spot. She had the classic roast beef and a side salad and reported both were very good . A goodchoice for lunch, the price point was a bit high but well worth the investment, ARBY'S you did it again. We got the MEAT! Read more
