Oil needs cleaned. The first time the fries were inedible. They replaced them, but they still looked bad.
Stopped in for a bit to eat, Carry out... Roast beef sandwich and curly fries ???? mm good ????
Not only did they forget my French dip, they gave me the wrong one when I went back and had to ask them for the correct one, but... I had to ask for au jus as well. Not to mention my fries were dumped in the bag - literally. When I reached in I pulled out anempty fry container and all the fries were below the other sandwiches. When I spoke with the manager John, he said they werestruggling. I let him know they forget stuff all the time but never have they gotten it wrong this many times over 1 order. Istrongly recommend you find a different Arbys and stay away from this one! Read more
