Oil needs cleaned. The first time the fries were inedible. They replaced them, but they still looked bad.

Not only did they forget my French dip, they gave me the wrong one when I went back and had to ask them for the correct one, but... I had to ask for au jus as well. Not to mention my fries were dumped in the bag - literally. When I reached in I pulled out anempty fry container and all the fries were below the other sandwiches. When I spoke with the manager John, he said they werestruggling. I let him know they forget stuff all the time but never have they gotten it wrong this many times over 1 order. Very dirty, flies all over the place. Do not recommend this location. Try another Arby's
The general manager Angela and the cashier at the front counter, Jon were very helpful & friendly! I was concerned about a... coupon I had and the GM handled my concern quickly and was very helpful. The food was made fast and it tasted really good too!They made sure my friend & I received very nice service & good quality food. I was pleased with my experience thanks to them! Read more
The guy at the counter couldn't hear anything because he had an ear bud and was singing instead of hearing what we were saying.... There was a couple and me that had doordash orders and he couldn't understand the names we were saying. I asked him to take itout because he couldn't hear me. Trash....told to pull up so I assumed they were making fresh food but what I got was one hot item and (poppers) along with fries... and boneless wings that must have come out of the refrigerator they were so cold. And the size of the boneless wings wereridiculous with two of them smaller than the tip of my pinkie finger I won't be trying those again. Read more
Everytime I go here they forget something and there is always a line so I don't have time to fix it. This time they forgot my... red ranch that I pay extra for, my pie, and my root beer had 0 flavor bc their syrup was out. Tried to call to tell them to fixthe root beer and someone picked up the phone and just laid it down. Read more
