I just am disappointed period. We have been going for years but now the food is over cooked badly,eggs never right it takes a... team the cook and waitresses need to get it together. I mean example if they our food is up and your toast is literally burnt!!Why are you bringing it out ?? Say you need another order of toast ?????????????????????? . Don't even order carry out it willbe a nightmare and if you dare call and complain they tell you our general manager will be in blah day he can take care of youok you call and they offer a free meal meanwhile I ordered 4meals three of them were wrong and I never got my 2sides of gravythat I paid for. Just so disappointed the bad thing is they had 4 workers back there ,a couple of people inside and theyhighlights everything that's in bag but it's not. Need a new method for sure. Read more
Went here today to have brunch with my in laws and my children and husband. The place wasn?t very busy at all about noon. The... hostess went to seat us and the table she went to sit us at was very dirty not even cleaned yet. She did apologize (thingshappen I didn?t mind at all) had us go back out and she wipe it down. Once she came back to get us and sat us all down at thebig table they have there, the middle tray still had used creamer from previous people being there, well, decided still toshake it off. We ordered our food, waitress very kind did great! Unfortunately, the food quality was not good at all. Got theeverything breakfast bowl they have, nothing like the picture on the menu but what really is anymore. At least could?ve had mycheese melted though. I was very discouraged in the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Spending $100 forour family to eat is allot. My whole family agreed I was a bit embarrassed to take my in laws there . We won?t be back . Go toCracker Barrel way better and cleaner! Read more

Ordered through DoorDash. Got here an hour after I ordered it. Don?t know if that?s bc no dasher was assigned or if it genuinely... took that long to make some food. It showed up cold & honestly looked half eaten. Items were missing, also. I reordered a sideof Mac & cheese and it got here an hour after ordering, again. everything?s cold & half filled. Went their for dinner with my grandchildren. I was not impressed. The "flaky" crusted Cod was hard and the fried chicken was the... same way. The wait staff was pleasant but who wants to go eat if the food isn't worth the trip. Granddaughter said that theLadies room was filthy and she stuck to the floor. I didn't go in to see if she was right just took her word on that one. I canunderstand that prices are going up but no one wants to go to a restaurant when the food isn't worth eating. Read more

My friend took me out for dinner. She had Country fried chicken, I had their mushroom and onions satisbury steak. 3/4 of the way... through I had taken a bite of meat, pulled a hair from my bite I took n found a small hair on my plate. They did fix meanother plate, I asked for it to go. The manager did come out and apologize and said that he would have a talk with the cooksabout wearing hair nets and make sure that their hair was pulled back. He did not offer to give us a discount or free dessertor anything like that I will not be going back to that restaurant. Read more
