We have always loved bobevens . Its where i pick for 1st date. never had a problem to today . My sister chicken was raw when... she cut into it . Sent it back . And looked like they recooked the same chicken. Which is a heath issue. They can't dothat . I ate my food. But it's wasn't like it is when I have order in the pass. The waitress wasn't on it . And they wereslow. And the manger wasn't Listening to what my sister told her. Said one thing then said she watch the cook cut themeat. At the end . Change her story . Western omelet...completely raw vegetables, the cheese wasn't even melted, it was that cold. Same with the hashbrowns. Waitress... didn't come back to the table even once. Second time at this restaurant...same experience both times. We won't be back. Read more

Firstly, I do not like to give bad reviews, but.....I ordered take out this evening because I work a lot and have 0 time and... energy to cook a meal. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 1 Berry Farmers breakfast, the cashier that took my order was friendly butlacked knowledge of the menu, online it says Berry Farmers breakfast but on the menu it says Farmers breakfast, I learned thatthe hard way tonight! Employee should have known, I ordered an extra side of brioche French toast because the farmers breakfastincludes that. The eggs were almost right, the burgers were thrown in the box and the lids closed, toppings weren't right andall over the place, as the fries were inside the burger buns too. only 1 slice of brioche toast and no syrup! who eats pancakesand French toast with no syrup? I cannot tell you how disappointing it is to spend $$ on this. Not what I expect from Bob Evans!I doubt that I will go here again. We just moved into town. I've always avoided Bob Evans where we came from because I usually had a bad experience. This was the... first time where I felt I wanted to come back! New Cook all alone today with zero training or past Line Cook experience... ordered a Western Omelet, and all the onion and bell... peppers were cut huge and were completely cold and raw. No provolone cheese as advertised on the menu. If I wanted raw veggies,I would've ordered a salad. Did I tell the manager? No, as she was busy with other complaining tables.
