How do I say this? The service was horrible. My family seated ourselves, and the server came and took our order for drinks. But... that's as good as it got. Three out of five of us got our food, but it took a little bit. My ordered sandwich was not correct.Additionally, two of us didn't get our ordered sandwiches for 45 minutes, and it wasn't busy. The server kept coming outapologizing and telling us it wouldn't be too long. She did this two other times and asked the two in our group if they wantedany appetizers, which they declined. Lastly, someone other than our server came out with the same spiel but it still took 15minutes longer. We were never offered any adjustments to our bill or gift cards for this experience. Three of us watched theother two eat because we were long done. 50/50 whether or not someone else gets the same service. For the record, we could seeinto the kitchen, and it looked like they were overwhelmed. Not coming back. The men's restroom was not clean and was out oftowels. Read more

Rude service! Wish there was 0 stars. Brought my daughter her mother and her brother for dinner hoping to have a decent dinner.... I ordered wings they were extremely dry and half were burnt (unedible) we saw our waitress for our order then for our check.Unbelievable. Will NOT be returning. Get it together! Read more

Sadly I have never been a fan of BW3s. Unless you get traditional wings, their food is really subpar. It is hastily crafted from... low quality ingredients. And the price you pay is shocking. It left me thinking, "I paid this much $$ for this?" Read more

Unfortunately, we felt like the server was not very attentive. Also, when we went to pay with a gift card, we were told we had... to call the number on the card to get the exact card balance or they couldn't process the card. It was a bit hard to hear when Icalled to get the balance because of the volume of the TV playing. I was shocked that I was asked to make an extra step to callfor the balance and that their system is not able to process a gift card and determine the value. I shared my feedback with themanager who did not even apologize for my disappointment in my experience. Read more

Ordered food online. Showed up at expected time of order completion. I know it is an estimate and don't mind waiting extra.... When I showed up the place was packed with several waiting for orders. Customer service can go a long way in times like this.However there was no one at the counter. This remained the case for the 50 minutes I waited. I was finally able to get a waiterto cancel my order (which i was trying to do for last 20 minutes). No one took a moment to acknowledge the customers waiting(some there longer than me). Acknowledge, provide an update, and follow through will go a long way in this situation. Instead Icanceled my order, disrupted my schedule, left with a poor experience and ordered wings elsewhere. Absolutely terrible management!! Every Tuesday night a group of us (family) goes out to eat at different restaurants. Generally... BW3's every 3rd week. The first thing I noticed there wasn't a lot of people on their "wing night". But anyway, we always orderour wings extra done. When they came out they were very under cooked. My uncle asked to have them put back in for a few moreminutes. So the manager came over and told us that those are well done and there is nothing he could do about that. My Uncleasked him to at least look at his wings and the manager said "I personally watch them cook your order for 20 minutes". What???We will never, ever go back there. Please, all you had to do is to re-fry his wings, instead you lied to all of us and said youpersonally watched them cook his order and that it is what it is. Really poor.... We'll be picking another place in our rotationof places to eat. Read more

Ordered from Doordash, so I'm not sure what store this came from. For $37 (including $7 tip) I got a "side salad" for $6, and an... order of 10 wings for.....$17! The wings were good, but good lord the prices! You be the judge, and tell me it's worth theprice Read more

One of the better Buffalo wild wings establishments that I have been to... The service was absolutely amazing. I never had to... worry about my drink going dry or my if I needed anything. She was always there to assist. A great day to go on their special or6 and 10 wings. They are buy 1 get 1. Amazing. My associate took advantage of that and had the Nashville Hot, as well as Buffaloand Garlic Parm. I also tried the Nashville hot! Wow. A top 3 or flavor I ever had. I also had the privilege to endulge into aCheese Curd burger. Man it was absolutely tasty. If in the area, I would highly recommend trying this location. I can only speakto this one... I would hope that the experience in other locations would be the same. Enjoy!! Read more
