The staff at this particular Burger King is just awful. The worst of the worst. You can "have it your way" at any burger King... except this one. A manager straight lied and told me they were not allowed to customize my sandwich or my drink. I was a GM aburger King for 10 years up until 6 months ago and I wouldn't hesitate to fire the entire staff if I was the GM at this Bk. Read more

Took over 20 minutws to get to the payment window. Then, when I finally arrive, there are two girls just standing there talking... for another 2 minutes while I'm waiting to pay for my food. I asked for absolutely no onions only to find extra onions on myburger. Maybe if they paid attention and did their job dilogently rather than sitting around and talking then my order wouldhave been accurate. Read more
Service was quick and staff was pleasant. The complaint is the food temp. The taste was as expected but the actual burger... patties were cold,actually cold. As was the cheese. We went during a slow period and maybe that had something to do with it. Where is the quality control. We did not have time to turn around and get them replaced. I know this is not high end food butthere is an expectation that food be warm. I would go back and try it again in hopes this was a fluke. Read more
How hard is it to make a burger correctly and get it to me hot....while I'm in the drive thru. 7 hours hours at the ER and I... just wanted to go home. Stop and get dinner for me and the wife ....simple. 2 whoppers... no onion, no tomatoes add cheese andpickles. 2 original chicken sandwiches with pickles. All correct on screen. Just left here. Lady was rude on mic, ordered 2 things and then right away said "is that all?" Someone else more pleasant got on... the mic after. I asked for a rootbeer and she gave me dr.pepper and then didnt even fill the cup up. No from this picture Ihaven't had a single sip. Picture wont seem to post but its half full Read more
