Jessica at Chilis in Belden, who does the take out is phenomenal, I had an order that was messed up previously, that I had... called in about it was never resolved, and that was okay with staffing, I completely understand? I was telling Jessica aboutwhat happened previously, I wasn?t looking for a free meal or anything else I just wanted my order to be right because wefrequent this chili?s often? well let me say this, I am blown away by her kindness and customer service. When I got home to eatour dinner (we did take out) everything was delicious, everything was right, it was perfect? she went above and beyond to makesure that our order was correct. Good Customer service is very hard to find these days! But she rocks, and even added a littlecheesecake dessert to my surprise. Corporate if you read this! Give this girl some praise! I give Chili's a 4/5 due to some of their staff! I love their burgers! However, when I go there to pick up my order, I have been... ignored and even snapped at by the staff when they confused me with DoorDash and the other delivery services. The other night, Iplaced a pick up order o line, and when I got there, I waited for almost 8min before anyone talked to me. Several servers sawme, and when I made eye contact they walked away as fast as they could. The kitchen people did the same. Last night, I placedanother order the the Rancher burger. The bar tender saw me, and withing a minute, he called me over to help me while I sawservers jet the other direction. The burger was awesome! The majority of the help here, not so much! Read more
The spicy shrimp tacos were yummy. The street corn was okay but not very fresh or roasted like it says. It was so cold in there... I ordered coffee to get my hands to warm up. I er all though it was good and my server was perfect! Read more
Our waiter Evan was very friendly, quick with ordering our meal and giving it to us. Then when it was time for the check, I... asked him to give himself a $5 tip. I didn't think anything was wrong with that then when he was done charging us, he slammed mydebit card and receipt on the table and said, "sorry for the bad service". Evan needs to be checked about his attitude and he'slucky he received a tip at all. Read more
My girls and I love to visit Chili's for ladies nights out! The chips and salsa are amazing! The pasta, smokehouse combo, and... chicken quesadilla were a hit as well tonight! Service was great. There was about a 15 minute wait, but on a Friday night atBelden area, I'll take it! Thank you Chili's for always being consistently great. Read more

A very common visit to the Belden Village Chili's. Have been here dozens upon dozens of times over the years and they are... usually pretty consistent. When you've got that craving, it definitely hits the spot. We came on a Friday night and there wasunusually no wait. I've seen this place so crowded in the past, so I'm not sure if they are losing business or if the area isslowing down to the season, or if more peopleare just using online order and delivery. Service was a little slow, but our serverdefinitely followed up and other team members were also checking on our table. Kudos to management for clearly making the effortto help out. None of the staff was wearing masks if that is your concern, I could care less but Karen's typically complain aboutmy business doing the same. If you're going to complain about businesses not wearing masks, then maybe you shouldn't be goingout. As far as food, we as usual filled up on chips, salsa, and Southwest Eggrolls before ordering entrées. All the entréescame out, looked delicious, tasted delicious. Zero complaints, great quality and consistency as usual. Will return as usual whenthat Chili's craving strikes again. Oh, and I actually also love that they got rid of those annoying table game, order, paymentmachines. They just create clutter and take up precious table space. Don't bring them back please. Read more
The brisket quesadilla thing was delicious! Chips and salsa, always good! Staff were friendly and delivered excellent service.... It wasn't too loud the way some places are and I could talk with everyone at the long table. Read more
