Food's good, service is good, but they're always out of something. Last time I went, all of the sodas were out except... Sprite. Also, what's up with the customer bathrooms requiring a code? That's not good customer service. Read more

We have gone to this chipotle for as long as it's been open. Recently it has really started to decline. Missing items, making... items completely wrong, not even half of a portion in the bowl. Mean employees, employees no where to be seen, and employeesjust staring at you like you are bothering them like it's an inconvenience to help you. I took a picture of what I orderedversus what I got to show that it is not even close except it is in a bowl. Very disappointed to say the least. The employeesused to be so friendly and welcoming and the orders were never wrong. I can't say the same now. Read more

Food was good but it's their having some issues. When I walked in there was someone manning the cash register and one person... working the line. Four customers including me patiently waiting. Approximately 5 minutes later no less than 4 employeesmiraculously appeared from the back. Low on fajita veggies and corn salsa and no plan to replenish. None of the employees seemedtoo concerned or in much of a hurry (except the cashier who was trying to get customers out the door as quickly as possible). 25minutes for that visit. Read more

This is by far the WORST Chipotle in the area! Every problem they have is absolutely a management issue! Pre-pandemic we held... a fundraiser here. They stopped accepting new orders 1 hour into our event. When we arrived to support the team at 7pm, themanager informed us that they were closed due to being too overwhelmed!!! Lack of proper planning netted us $33 for ourfundraiser. My wife came several months later to find out that after waiting 30 minutes her online order had been given tosomeone else! We decided to give them another shot today and came in for dinner. Upon arrival, we were told by management thatthey were cash and gift card only today. I resolved to order online and wait. Management begrudgingly began to inform otherpatrons of this option after my prompting. I watched them lose 80% of their business in the 20 minutes I waited for my order. Read more
