My husband and I visit here often. The grounds and rooms are beautiful and the staff is excellent. We have dined at all the... restaurants and you can’t go wrong at any of them. The staff and management at The Crush House is exceptionally good. Themanagement at The Crush House seems to go above and beyond, and that is greatly appreciated. Their special events are plannedwell and are just what we expect when we attend them. Gervasi is a great little get away and I highly recommend it, and lookforward to returning soon. Read more
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The service was very nice by all members of staff from the Manager on down. The... buildings, grounds and rooms were lovely. We visited this weekend and had a great time. The food, wine, cocktails, and service was excellent. I do wish they had more... opportunities to do wine tastings. There were so many children everywhere and it would be more enjoyable if it was an adult onlyestablishment. There was a wedding going on and the side walks were shut down for 40 minutes between the patio and the stillhouse which made all the guest not included in the wedding have to walk all the way around and through the parking lot whichseemed like we all did not matter to Gervasi. I had never heard of the place as I'm not from the area. But my wife and I were going to be in Canton and I decided to look for... a place for us to have a quick lunch before returning home. What a find! The grounds are beautiful, all the staff were veryfriendly and knew a lot of history and other information. The lunch we had was lovely and we were easily able to accommodate mywife's vegetarian diet. We had some wine flights and ended up leaving with a case. I rarely ever see Nebiolo, but that have avery nice one. I recommend this place for a quick visit or an extended stay. Read more
This is a magnificent venue. My wife and I spent the entire day here. Had a nice bottle of Riesling by the lake; Cocktails and... cigars at the Sin Room (the Still House Bar is beautiful); then dinner on the Piazza--good food and live music. Zach is anexcellent server. Read more
The Still House is just awesome! -st time there and what a beautiful and cool place. Live music too and it’s just a great time... for all! Great drinks, wines beers and their own brand of spirits they distill on premises! John L., the manager, is a greatguy keeping the Still House operation running on all Cylinders keeping everyone happy! The entire Gervais complex seemsamazing and hrs to believe it’s right in the middle of Canton. World class place! Read more
Excellent dinner with my wife on Sunday. I felt the food was declining over the years; the menu was kind of the same, however... tonight we tried new dishes and were simply amazed by the flavors! The Million $ Devil Eggs are to die for and my steak wascooked to a perfect medium! Dessert was a pistachio cake (highly recommended!). Tara was our server and she was the best! My wife and I chose the Gervasi Vineyard to celebrate our 23rd anniversary and we couldn't have chosen a better location to do... it. It truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we checked in we felt that personal touch that makes you feel that it'sall about you. The guest services were excellent and accommodations were extravagant. You literally never have to leave thegrounds the entire time you're there. It was a wonderful experience and we will absolutely be returning. Read more
