The pizza was dry and barely had any sauce. They weren?t busy and had me waiting for my pizza that was supposed to take 25min.... It took 1 hour. Bad customer service. Read more
I dont understand how the employees at the Tusc location can have such big attitudes the way they do! They actually left a note... attached to my receipt saying if the number doesn't work to not deliver to me! ???? NO ONE EVER CALLED ME!! I have my phonesrecent call log and they are not on it anywhere!!! Sounds like someone there has a problem with dialing numbers correctly!!!Then to be rude about it! How unprofessional! This is the third time I've had problems with this facility! Tonight I ordered 6garlic butter dips with my five pizzas. They apparently ran out so they just didn't bring us any! They never called to even tellus or anything!!! I even checked to make sure they had the right number on the receipt!!! Sometimes they wont even deliver to usat all!!! I love Hungry Howies pizza. HOWEVER, this location annoys me. If it?s not them canceling our order (claiming they called us,... when they didn?t) and not telling us until we arrive to pick it up, or forgetting part of our order entirely. It?s the fact thatI called and informed them that they forgot our garlic dip when they delivered our pizza. Which is completely fine, I?ll justcome pick it up, and they tell me ?okay?. But then I drive all the way there and they tell me that they don?t even have any. Nowmy pizza?s cold, I legit drove all the way over there, for them to tell me something they could?ve said on the phone, and it?sjust really annoying. In my opinion, Hungry Howies is wayyyyy too expensive for this kind of service. & recently every time Iorder from here, I end up disappointed. We have a big family and our order is usually over $65, and it?s just not worth itanymore. Read more
First timers, and wasn't let down. Friendly staff, the gentleman that took my order was really nice yet clearly busy for a... Saturday night dinner time. My family all enjoyed the pizza and wings. Thank you guys... we'll definitely be back! Read more
Pros: 1) The pizza is good for a cheaper alternative in the area. 2) The uniqueness of being able to add flavoring to the crust... is what we like. We especially like the chicken bacon ranch and the buffalo chicken pizzas. 3) They also have great rewardssystem and coupon codes you can sign up via email for. 4) Usually only takes 20 minutes for your pizzas. Cons: 1) Sketchy areaand have been approached in the parking lot on multiple occasions by panhandlers. I've even been sitting in my car waiting onthe pizza and they will come pound on your windows asking for money Not this establishments fault, but just beware. 2) Does notreheat well. Gets hard in the air fryer. 3) Toppings sparse and taste like frozen not fresh variety. Read more
