I ordered $47 worth of food. The prep cook said it would be a 20min wait I said ok and said ill be back headed to dunkin donuts... he said ok. I asked where do you want me to pull up when I get back, he said the handicap I was like ok (really). Came back andwaited about 10min, went inside to get my food, the manager proceeded to tell me that if I wanted my order fixed I would have toreturn the food.. i said i never got my food, he said yes you did. I said mann listen ask your employees. They actually gave myfood away and i had to wait another 10 min for them to remake my order. I said i would like a breast for the inconvenience. Worst service ever!!! I spent $33 and they messed up everything in my order. I call in because I live 30 minutes away and guy... tells me I have to bring it all back to get it fixed. So because they are incompetent I have to waste my gas and time. And theyexpect more than $10 an hour it's ridiculous. Read more

It was great the cook is great when it comes to their chicken its always nice and crispy but never dry he does a great job and... so does everyone else I highly recommend eating at this establishment! Read more

Just left there.. waited 7 minutes for biscuits but forgot my biscuits. Ordered a 3 pc received 2. No crispy chicken okay cool.... This manager on duty? (in red shirt) was more worried about her cell phone and gossip then getting anything right. Feel bad forthe girl at the drive through.. Maybe hire employees who can prep food and get the orders right? Read more

OMG the manager Ashley has HORRIBLE ATTITUDE SHE WAS NASTY VERY VERY POOR SERVICE ABILITY. SHE MUST HAVE PERSONAL ISSUES TO... TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH SUCH HOSTILITY. GENERAL MANAGER BETH WOULDN'T EVEN RETURN MY PHONE CALL REGARDING THE BEHAVIOR OF HER WHOREPRESENTS THE KFC BRAND. IT'S GONE TO THE SLUMS.
