Prices are good, food is above average. In my opinion. The flavor is consistent. This place is always packed and more than... likely you will be waiting whether you order ahead or not. This place doesn?t even deserve the one star I had to give it. Ordered online for pick up and was given a code. Food never went... in the pizza portal. Had to wait and listen to the male employee cussing about having to fire his employees and how no one wantsto work. Also went on about how he?s getting a dollar raise and moving to the North canton store, thankful to know this so Inever visit that location. Such unprofessional Conduct at this location and he?s usually in on it. Never had a visit yet wherehe wasn?t dropping F bombs continuously and complaining about other employees or customers. Get the food home and it?s cold. Notluke warm, COLD and burnt. I?ve never gotten crunchy burnt cheese bread. Disgusting. Read more
You need to give everybody in that store a particular role because they are running around like chickens with their heads cut... off. I called in my order waited 15 minutes then arrived at the window. They said my pizza was in the oven and to pull forward. I waited an additional 16 minutes. Then had to go into the store to inform them I was waiting and no one could find my order.....5 minutes later it magically appeared. No apology. You could tell it happened to them all the time. The worst excuse of a pizza, customer service and management! Told us they were closed (before closing time & after my card was... charged). Informed management, who was sitting outside smoking, of our online order?he gave us someone elses food. Just a fair warning to everyone that goes to this little Caesars if you?re looking for a quick fast meal, this definitely is not... the place. And God forbid if they ever try to get you to pull forward or pull into the driveway and see if they?ll have it rightout to you.
