The whole experience could be hit or miss. More times then any. Go before 4pm and food is good fresh and made correctly after... 4pm good luck. Read more

The best drive thru experience ever. My kids were being ignorant and the staff was so good about it. They don't put too much ice... in the drinks. I'd say the best McDonald's I have been through EVER! Read more

Watch when you go threw the drive threw. I ordered a meal and they rang the items up seperately. Which costed me more money. ... I realize it wasnt much but if you do that everytime that can inflate their sales. Then they had me pull forward waiting onfries. When i got them they werent very hot. Read more

My girlfriend ordered a sweet tea and a Big Mac. The Big Mac had one patty on it (see picture) and they gave her a coke. It was... a simple order and they couldn?t get it right. This McDonald?s is a joke. Never again. Read more

The dayshift is OK however this Night Shift keeps getting worse and worse! Myself along with everyone else and that... drive-through was waiting more than 5 mins for food, and at that by time we get our food it?s hard as a rock. We took it backand It was worse than before. The attitudes they give make it kind of intimidating to even eat it after taking it back. Sodespite the 20 mins total in eating I don?t understand why this McDonald?s hasn?t looked into wasted products and drive thrutimes or even fixed night management. I hate this McDonald?s! The staff were exceptionally nice. Maybe too much so because they got distracted easily. The cashier was being extra friendly... and when I went to pay for my sweet tea she told me it was $1. So I put my change back in my pocket and just gave her paperbills. We continued talking until I heard her counting out change so I interrupted that I had the change...... When I gave hera dime she gave me $9.03...... But I had only given her a $5. In the background a girl was asking everyone where the flurryspoons were and no one was answering. So she was fruitless searching for them while a few more workers just carried on. Thecashier then walked away without saying anything and without giving me a cup. And when I asked someone else if I could get onethey were obviously confused. It turns out that they have to get the sweet tea for you because it isn't left out with thefountain drinks to get for yourself. This is additionally frustrating when you have to wait in line a second time to get arefill and they only take one order at a time. Overall, the service was slow and the staff seems very disorganized. By the waythe cashier was talking to everyone I would assume she was actually the manager but you couldn't tell because everyone waswearing hoodies or what I would call "street clothes". I've honestly never been to a McDonald's before where it seemed to have alack of dress code. Read more
