A while back when Mr Hero was hiring, the owner made all kinds of excuses about why I wouldn't work out. Yes I'm a mature black... lady but to make unfounded excuses was not cool. Today I decided after a year to return. Here they hired a "mature" white lady.They have never had a black person hired there during the busy times of their day. No more Mr. Hero's for me. Read more
Different type of food than I normally would eat and that is why I like it. Weather you dine in or order cary out make sure you... order a side of their waffle fries and a cup of cheese. It's so good and cooked perfectly the way I like them and the flavor ofthe cheese complements the other taste pallets from their sandwiches perfectly. The employees at this location are very politeand easy to talk to as well. All in all this was an easy 5 stars for me to give because they earned it!! Read more

I can remember getting Mr Hero as a kid growing up in Canton back in the 80s. Moved away in 88 and haven?t had one since. My... sisters (who also left Canton years ago) and I were in town this weekend and had to get a couple hot buttered cheesesteaks. Theywere just as we remembered them! So good, buttery, cheesy! First time ever, Romanburgers were cold, order was ready within a half a minute, no way was it made fresh, lettuce was wilted,... manager would not do anything about it. Don't think I'll be back and spend my hard-earned money on a cold sandwich. Read more
