I am extremely upset by my service. But even before the bad service the chair my 4 year old was sitting on broke and he fell... through it, I told the waitress I switched it out so she could take the broken one away. He was fine but we never received anapology and she left the broken chair there. Then I had a issue with my food and I was talked down to by my waitress and told "you don't want to speak with the manager today". Meanwhile the manager is sitting at the bar and refused to come speak with me.The manager/ owner obviously has no respect for paying customers unless they were sitting at the bar with her. I wouldn'trecommend anyone to go here unless they want to be treated like they don't matter! Read more
Stopped here a few times on the way home from work. Stopped tonight, ordered a Philly sub. Took well over an hour before we... mentioned anything about our food. We were told it would be another 5-6 minutes. Waited 10 more minutes still no food. So wellover an hr wait time and still no food. Bartenders had a nasty attitude when we asked about our food order. Would give 0 startsif possible. I understand everyone makes mistakes but we really did not appreciate the attitude we were given when we simplyasked about our food. Read more
7th Street Band was Awsome they brought alot of us old friends together for a great time!
Good food, older crowd at a sports bar with a decent menu and value prices. Not totally outdated, but dated.
My wife's steak was dry and she didn't eat it. However my cowboy burger was excellent and large enough for us to share. I've had... several sandwiches and they gave all been pretty good the bread here is AMAZING not store bought this must come from a bakerysomewhere. But I would just avoid the steak even though it is priced very reasonably. Read more
Always a great time at Nathan's! The owners are kind, and the staff is very attentive for the most part. Some of the staff... leaves something to be desired, but it's overall a satisfying visit each time I go. Their trivia night is great! The food isgreat for a good price! I do wish they could do something about the patio getting so crowded. One night, they had a live bandinside (which was amazing!), but there was a line through the restaurant to get to the patio outside. When it's busy, it doestake quite a while to get food, and some staff is not very attentive of patrons. However, this will ALWAYS be my go to place fora good time with good people! Read more
Waited forever for a server and even longer for our food so we walked out.... then they had the nerve to follow me out the door... to ring me out! I was getting into my car when she asked if I wanted her to check on my food! I told them my salad was probablystill in the kitchen and the lettuce was most likely wilted 30 minutes ago!
