Glad I opened the box before I left. They tried to give us a large pizza with a large bare spot of just dough, and one half of... the pizza literally only had one pepperoni on it. They remade it, but it was like I was being unreasonable for asking that I getwhat I ordered and paid for. Read more

I tried calling the store for over 45 min but no one seems to wanna pick up the phone. So I decided to drive there and I called... them while in the store and I noticed that the ringer on their phone was on silent. So I asked them if they had it turned offand that if the blinking red light means someone is calling he said yea it does. So I asked how are u supposed to answer callsif your ringer is on silent. He just shrugged his shoulders and said idk and acted like nothing was wrong. To top it all offthey still never took the ringer off silent. So that means they do it on purpose so they don't have to deal with any customers.So with that being said I will never order from Papa John's again. Read more
I tried to call in when I got home we had terrible pizza was like cardboard just fowl didn't even look good the cheese sticks... was cringy looking no taste dried up. I paid for garlic cups and got none of them other. Just down right awful . Read more
The only thing consistent about their pizza is the inconsistency. Anything above a pepperoni is an ordeal for them. Sadly,... they're still better than the local Domino's. Sad that I have to go over to Perry for a decent pizza Read more
Overall it was ok. 2nd time in a row my order was really delayed. 1st order was missed (on a pickup) order confirmed, digital... notification said 30-40 mins...no big deal. I go to get in 40 mins, my order was missed. I had to wait another minutes In shop,I wasn't happy at all. This last order was delayed "due to technical difficulties with electronics".... Read more
On Fri evening I ordered a pizza early 4pm so there would be no rush. The person who answered the phone seemed to not understand... English. I Ordered a medium supreme pizza (was told I could not get thick crust). It was delivered very fast?but not cooked allthe way thru. The crust was so thin I couldn?t pick a piece up without all the toppings falling off. The crust was paper thin. Ibaked it more the next night and it didn?t help. I ordered extra pepperoni and didn?t get that. The crust was stuffed withcheese which I don?t like. Maybe if the person taking my order didn?t have screaming kids running around they could get theorder right!!! Read more
