Ordered pizza and cheese bread last night, their call center is HORRIBLE and something seemed off when I was hung up on after... payment info was collected-- drove to location and no order was received, but my card was charged? So at this point, I was out$30 and no pizza because they said their ovens were already shutdown. Had assistant manager call the GM and was told she'dcredit me a free pizza and refund my charge, but that hasn't happened yet? Read more
10/10 recommend this location over any other. My pizza is always perfect and the delivery drivers are all so kind and nice and... enjoy seeing my giant dog, which is nice that they understand people have animals that want to say hi too LOL. Read more
Sent the wrong item, when I called the store for them to fix, they hung up on me. When I finally got through the delivery driver... cussed me out. They are crazy there do not ever order from them! By the way, I never got what I ordered. Read more
Our order yesterday was never delivered. We were out dinner for that night! We placed an order today, and two of the items were... wrong. So we called, and no one is picking up the phone. Incredible! If papa John was still there, he would never have let thishappen.. This is why Dominos is on the rise! Read more
I ordered two pizzas and wings and when i got home from picking the order up, the one pizza was wrong. I had to go back to to... get it corrected, which I was angry about, but when I got there, the manager had made my entire order over again. Beyond goodcustomer service, if you ask me. Read more
Ordered an Alfredo pizza. Picked it up and no Alfredo sauce. Took an extra 20 minutes to remake. This isn't our first time with... terrible service from this Papa John's. We tried calling several times but couldn't get through or no dial tone at all. Avoidthis place! Read more
My pizza is always perfect from this location. I felt bad because my giant dog wouldn't let me through the door without trying... to meet his new delivery gentleman friend but he (the driver) was very nice about it. Thanks for understanding that my 200 lbbaby just wanted to make a friend! You guys are always great! Read more
It's pretty consistent their definitely my favorite change pizza shop. When it gets way way close to closing actually call in... the pizza. It's not there fualt technology is technology right! But it tends to fail and the poor people stayed over an extra1½ I guessing just to get it done. Read more
